“Very good value for the Gold Coast”

We had seven days in a two bedroom apartment. My wife was a little pessimistic about what to expect; unusual for her. On arrival the check-in was painless and on entering the apartment we were pleasantly surprised with the layout, two bathrooms, lounge/dining and kitchen. All appliances provided, including a vacuum cleaner. The apartment was a three storey "walk-up" and we were on the top floor. Although there was air conditioning, we left the windows and doors open for a breeze. There are security screens on the doors and windows. There is a large swimming pool surrounded by tall palm trees. An underground secure carparking space was provided.

Overall the hotel location were convinent, got beautiful garden & pool. Nice in size for lounge and balcony, but the carpet and design was a bit old. We still pretty enjoy our stay.

Clean,fully apointed, my only complaint would be standard size double bed.

“Spring clean needed”

Rooms were very tired, and in need of a paint and a spring clean, stains on carpets, curtains, duvets. Bathrooms weren't clean, scum on bath, mould behind bathroom door. Pool was great though!

“Absolutely disgustingly dirty Hole of a place”

Greeted by a rude lady, given keys and very brief instructions, no help or welcome. After a long and stresful plane and car ride with 3 kids, two which are autistics and the other has a life threatning disease. Room had minimal utensils which were atleast 15-20yrs old. One other lady was quite helpful, but they don't like to replace anything. Two of the children also have dust allergies and the room was full of dust and absolutely, disgustingly dirty. I took pictures as I could not believe it! So the whole stay was full of sneezing, itching, watering eyes, nose blowing and crying. Not to mention the infection that my daughter picked up and now has to add to her chemo treatment as her immune system could not take the filth! The first night I went to put my youngest autistic son to sleep and pulled back the cover on the bed, the underneath side had hairs all over it and I was disgusted and just ripped it off and didn't use it. The showers were dirty and have photo's to show that. Rubbish had been left behind from the previous people that had stayed. The noise was unbelievable and we all had trouble sleeping. Basically if you paid me money to stay there again, I would rather stay on the street.
