Headland Hotel

First opened in 1900, and requisitioned as an RAF hospital during the Second World War, the Headland Hotel has been restored and updated. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in some areas of the property. Leisure options include a seasonal outdoor pool as well as the Headland Wellness Area with an indoor pool with jet streams and bubble seats, a Cornish Salt steam room, aromatherapy showers, and a large spa bath. 3 tennis courts, and a short approach 9-hole golf course are also available. An on site surfing school specializes in family lessons. For dining, the hotel offers a relaxed ocean-view restaurant serving modern English cuisine with locally sourced ingredients; the terrace, a contemporary, casual dining with outside seating; and a fireside lounge offering fine liquors and Cornish cream teas. Room rates include complimentary breakfast served from 7:30 AM until 10 AM each morning. Room service is available around the clock. The Headland Hotel is entirely smoke-free.
