Fistral View Holiday Home has panoramic sea views from all the rooms and is an ideal place to unwind after a day at the beach or after visiting one of the many attractions in Cornwall. The house has been fully renovated and refurbished and offers comfortable accommodation for couples and families only. Accommodation is up to 4 persons with 2 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. The house is double glazed and has gas central heating and has a good sized lounge and patio doors leads onto a large private balcony with glass balustrade. On the balcony there is a patio table with 4 chairs overlooking the outdoor heated communal pool and children’s pool which you can use at your leisure during the day, or soak up the breath-taking views of Fistral Beach and the golf course.

Very clean and well equipped property. Private parking space adjacent to property is a big bonus as the cul-de-sac attracts lots of parked vehicles. View from the balcony is very good and is a very pleasant area to sit. Pentire area is much quieter than Newquay, but beaches and a couple of cafes are walkable. Sixty Bistro nearby, is the closest place to eat out but plenty of places in Newquay and the suburbs.

The most amazing stay

Great views, close to the beach

Perfect place to stay for a few days. Lovely views and a short walk down to Fistral beach. Christine is an excellent host, quick to respond and left essential supplies for our stay.

Great Apartment

As previous reviews have already stated the accommodation was in an ideal location with delightful views of Fistral beach. The apartment itself was beautifully clean and was equipped with everything we needed. We would certainly recommend a stay here

Lovely view

Lovely position, enjoyed the walk into Newquay above Fistral bay. Evenings and mornings sat on the balcony with friends, chatting eating and drinking were what made this place just lovely. Added bonus (seasonal) use of the outdoor heated pool. Super clean, all you could need and a parking space.

Fantastic short break

A lovely house in an excellent location. You can hear the sea from the balcony and wake up to the view from nearly all the windows. The house was immaculately clean (thanks Carla). We would definitely return and so would the dog - the little dog treats were such a kind thought. A really lovely place to spend your time

Newquay weekend vibes p.s we are old !

Girls away for the weekend - we have a lovely time. The house is very clean & welcoming with nice little touches in the kitchen to make our stay very comfortable. Located very near the beach and within walking distance of the main town. Lovely neighbour too who was very helpful. We used this as a base and visited many other parts of Cornwall as well as Newquay. Communication with Christine has been very easy. A perfect place to stay.

Perfect Location for our Short Break

This property has amazing views of Fistral Beach with short walks to access both Fistral and Crantock (when the tide is out). Also access to Pentire headland with its endless ocean views and wild flowers hanging on to the little bit of unbuilt ground in the area. The town centre is a 30 minute walk. The property was well-equipped and perfect for a small family, easy communications with the owner and a straight-forward arrivals process. The welcome pack was gratefully received! Thank you!

Family May half term break

The property is ideally located to explore Newquay and surrounding areas. Stunning views across Fistral beach and golf course are from most rooms and you can lose hours looking out across the sea. The swimming pool is well maintained and clean but some of the sunbeds are showing their age. We were fortunate enough to use it during fine weather and it was nicely sheltered from the breeze.The apartment is just starting to need a little tlc but nothing that affected our stay. A really well appointed kitchen, with sea views and breakfast bar. If it's bad weather and you can't eat outside then the lack of table does impact a little but trays are provided. Comfy beds in both rooms, with the master bedroom again benefiting from those sea views. The only thing lacking were the pillows which were quite thin, maybe personal taste, but we all said the same. The 2nd bedroom could have had a bedside table, but both were clean and welcoming.We had a great stay here and it was a 5 star holiday, just a few bits that meant a 4 star review. We would definitely return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Pentire Holiday

We enjoyed our stay at Christine’s place. It was spotlessly clean and had some biscuits, tea/coffee and milk available on arrival which was very much appreciated after a long drive! It had everything we needed (we were aware there was no washing machine). Amazing shower in the bathroom! Bedrooms small but plenty of storage. Mattresses on the soft side and the blinds could be noisy when the windows were open. Curtains may be a better option. We did miss a dining table inside but made use of the outside one when the weather was good. My son liked the breakfast bar in the kitchen. The area was very quiet at night. We made use of the heated swimming pool after days on the beach. It’s an easy walk down to Fistral beach but a steeper walk up! Crantock also easy to access at low tide (bridge) or high tide (boat). Gorgeous walks down the headland and the Fern Pit Cafe is definitely worth a visit. All in all we had a great week and would stay here again quite happily!
