Quiet mornings and stunning sunsets, fantastic food of all kinds within blocks. Perfect location AND at an affordable price! Some noise to be expected in a condo building. "Very comfortable for our group of 8. Plenty of room for privacy and also gathering as a group. Excellent location near beach and restaurants. BUT since our family cooked each night there was not enough dishes (only 8) really needed 20, and better pots & pans would be appreciated. NO dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel or other normal items found in B & B provided. Only blocks from train that ran until 1 and then started at 6 in morning. None the less we would rent again."

"We stayed in Carlsbad for four days. Our unit was on the second floor across the highway from the ocean. The view was fantastic. There are steps to access the beach right in front of unit and you can hear the waves crashing at night. Beach is very walkable and walk to town is about ten minutes and is a very nice town. Would stay again. Easy check in and out, never saw the property manager."

"In spite of heavy rain (atmospheric river) twice during stay, earthquakes close by and tornado warnings for San Diego (which never materialized) we had a wonderful three weeks in Carlsbad. "Great service, with one exception at our initial seating in the bar where it took too long for our server to acknowledge us and take our order. Amazing team on both shifts for the front desk and Kidtopia. Awesome family pools and water slide options. Delicious food, reasonable value. Cocktails are a bit pricey. Did not get a chance to golf this time, but the course looks to be in great shape."
