"All the staffs were very nice and accommodating. The hotel is very new and chic. Our room were kept clean everytime we come back from our daily tours. As promised by Brendan (service desk) I had a cake for my birthday waiting at our room . Axel was very nice as well, my husband was impressed. All in all, we had a great stay and will recommend to our friends."

"Was not aware of the lounge area, or the rooftop area until we discovered it. The front desk staff should have told us upon our early arrival that we could go there and relax until our room was ready. Thankful that our room was ready prior to check in time."

"Ako Suites is in a perfect location, lots of food and drinks within walking distance. It's between the Gothic Quarter and Gracia which we really appreciated. The staff was helpful and welcoming. The place needs a few touch ups and I would say if you are traveling with anyone you are not comfortable with, beware that only a small pane of sandblasted glass separates you from the rest of the bathroom and space. Make sure you're comfortable with who you go with. Otherwise, nice beds, good quality...

"The hotel staff was really nice. Pablo and Jasmine were really helpful but i would not stay here again unfortunately. The property is out of date. I could not get a good rest due to hearing the plumbing from EVERY flush from other rooms. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. It was not worth the price IMO"

"This was a great hotel! Nice rooms, though the pillows were too fat for me. Didn't think to ask for other pillows. Don't be afraid to ask for help, they are fast and friendly (came to show us how to control the air conditioner and fix our TV). Breakfast was very good. Nice rooftop bar. Sorry to miss the pool as it was not open when we stayed. Not sure if paying for a more expensive room was worth it as our friend's room looked pretty similar for less money. "The property is very unique very clean. Elevators are very fast rooms are updated and very modern. The only thing is the hotel is in a very downtown business area not close to much for sightseeing, but I’m sure it would be great for business, but we were there on a Sunday so a lot of things were closed, but it is a beautiful hotel and the staff was great very accommodating "
