As always, a wonderful stay

The property is very well located along the promenade near Hung Hom Ferry to North Point. You can literally walk along to Tsim Tsa Tsui to shop and dine and enjoy a leisure time there. Aeon the Japanese store is also located very closeby and you can also enjoy food there in their basement. Location is impeccable. I like Kerry Hotel because it is a blend between East and West Culture. People host wedding there. I saw a traditional Chinese style wedding and a Western Wedding hosting there while staying at the hotel and It is so beautiful and with the backdrop of Victoria Harbour even more enticing and magical. Also staff is very accommodating. We came in near midnight due to the delay of the plane. And the check in counter sent us notifications stating our stay is validated. We have an enjoyable stay and is highly recommended.

From check in to check out, our stay was perfect. The staff are above and beyond attentive, the facilities first class and the rooms perfection. We took the upgrade to a harbour view room which didn’t disappoint. The rooms are spacious, comfortable with the most comfy beds. The bathroom was practical and clean with a wet room as well as bath. Breakfast was wonderful with so much choice and again the staff couldn’t have been more lovely and efficient. Also used the pool and gym - fantastic facilities. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff even allowing us to freshen up in the gym facilities post checkout due to a late flight. The location in TST is so handy for everything. A visit to the hotel Sky bar is a must. I cannot recommend the Sheraton and its team highly enough. I cannot wait to visit again. Thank you to you all!
