The room needed a refresh. There were scuff marks on the walls, and the glass bathroom door handle was loose. Also, the sound insulation of the windows was not great- could hear traffic all night.

It seems like staff are not interested in a great customer experience…the little things go along away, even a friendly attitude. What happened to the nice perks like robes in the room. No towels in the pool because the night before was sold out…shame. Really DON’T like the “resort fee”. Why don’t you just add the “fee” into the price of the room, feels like hotel is nickel and diming customers. Have had much better experiences years ago, not so much in the last few years.
