Room was spotless, breakfast was amazing all tastes catered for, staff super friendly and helpful. Can not fault the hotel. If I was to just point out one thing I like my espresso coffee in the morning and they don’t have a proper barista on hand, making a good cup of coffee. There is a coffee shop in the lobby but it’s an expensive luxury to have several times a day. The pool can be a location for a movie set, the pictures don’t do it justice, , my kids didn’t want
to leave it. A truly memorable experience.

"I really wanted to love the hotel as much as I liked other Alila properties but it was a disaster. I understand that some people may have a good experience there but mine was a disaster. The mountains around are nice but the room was so filthy, it was just unbelievable. It is basically a resort one ..."
