Overall we really enjoyed our stay and it's nice that the hotel has several restaurants on site. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Love that there's a laundromat within 2 mins walk. We were able to do laundry a couple times while we were there which made things so much easier when you are traveling for a long time! I was surprised to be charged for a phone call I made to another hotel (different city but in Taiwan still) with $720 NTD (about $24 USD) for maybe 10 mins while figuring out our next stay. It just seems way too expansive for a phone call within the same country. Other than that, I don't have any complaints. Will definitely stay again in the future (just won't use the phone, lol).

The location is a bit further from the central areas like Ximendeng or Xinyi. But it’s conveniently located on top of a train station making it easy to get around. The hotel was clean and quiet. There’s laundry machines available use. They only have each two bed one pillow, could have used another. Beds are a bit hard. But overall comfortable. The AC worked great inside the rooms, it’s very hot and humid in Taipei in June.

Pool out of service, they had lap pool available. Breakfast brunch was great! All staff very friendly. Far from train so had to take taxi all the time
