"J'ai aimé la propreté de l'endroit. Ma chambre n'avait pas de fenêtre, mais elle était grande. Pour l'environnement, il y a une panoplie de restaurant et de magasin... nous sommes également à distance de marche (2 minutes) du marché. Il y a aussi plusieurs lignes d'autobus qui passent devant l'hôtel. Le seul bémol : la buanderie. Tout d'abord, la moitié des appareils ne fonctionnent pas. Également, les usagers de l'hôtel laissent continuellement leurs vêtements dans les appareils sans venir les ramasser et nous devons constamment appeler la réception à cet effet; comme exemple, un simple lavage que j'aurais fait en une heure (laveuse et sécheuse), m'a pris 3h30 (sans exagérer). J'aurais préféré aller à la buanderie à l'extérieur de l'hôtel, avoir su."

El servicio en el restaurante , los empleados muy amables y trataron de entendernos todo el tiempo pero tuve una experiencia no tan agradable la jefa de servicio en la noche del restaurante, que aunque no había terminado , casi obligado tuve que ir a pagar el servicio a la caja . Un momento desagradable pero no todo puedes ser excelente . El desayuno tienen buena variedad . El área de grocery o el café bar lo cierran muy temprano y lo abren muy tarde ."

The staff at the hotel were very nice and accommodating in terms of holding our luggage, but unfortunately the night I was there, there wifi didn’t work and the TV also didn’t have any channels working. I did address it with the staff, but unfortunately they were not able to fix it for that day."
