hotel was nice and clean loved the location and history of the hotel did not like the service charge on top of the cost of staying

Every thing was fine

Lobby doesnt look as good as pictures Door handles, carpet and furniture should be changed or fixed We did appreciate heated pool and jacuzzi for colder days They should also allow you to bring your own drink to the pool

We had a building in front of us that I was not aware we would have. Do the view was a little bit bad, but was not terrible at the same time. One other thing was the main pool was closed for repair. Wish we would have known prior.

Wow,what a phenomenal experience! Just a gorgeous hotel with excellent service. Fantastic restaurants. Real class and professional staff, and the amenities are amazing. Matthew Williams the director of front office made our stay exra special.He surpassed all of our expectations and congratulations to him. Alisa Geller,front office manager was kind and professional. We would definitely be back. Highly recommend!

The staff were not accomodating and the room was poor. I have stayed at this hotel many times and this will be my last
