We paid for a sea view room, however the music in the evening was very loud even with windows shut. We opted to downgrade the following day to a room at the back with jungle view, which was much better. The rooms are okay, basic and could do with a refresh. The pool area is okay, plenty of sunbeds available. The hotel overall was okay but felt more 3* than 4*.

Room was in dated condition with a few things not working. Staff were always helpful and friendly and great loacation.

I really enjoyed staying in Westin hotel in Langkawi. I extended my stay there for two more days. The room was nice and clean. Outdoor pool was really nice facing the sea view. Breakfast was very good with a variety of dishes. I also liked restaurant breezes next the reception. They had delicious dishes and drinks there. Fitness center with good equipment was really spacious. I was just alone exercising there. Hotel personnel was very professional and friendly, especially I liked massages at the Spa of the hotel.

Staff waa very welcoming and friendly. Very nice hotel and the room was very clean and comfortable. Overall will stay there again.

Had the best stay ever!! Staffs were very courteous, kind, polite, sincere and smiling always. The resort was huge but there are free buggy services available. We were greeted by a huge front lobby and a very warm welcome by a concierge staff named Danial. He explained to us in details about the resorts, open timing of some facilities and etc. Resort have 3 swimming pools. The main one comes with a kids' pool. We enjoyed ourselves on all 3 of them. Kids will have fun with a to feed the goats and also an indoor activity place with lots of programme for them. We got a room facing their 2nd swimming pool. Room was clean, big and cosy. The outside of our room was kampung-like but the inside is very modern. Clean drinking water was provided in the room in sealed glass bottle. You can just call room service for free top up of those. Resort is accessible to beaches. Around 10mins walk to Cenang Beach Walk. Beaches are clean with white soft sands. A lot of eating places along the beach. Cenang mall is also near.
