We appreciate that it is an old hotel so expect the rooms to reflect that. The experience would be better if there was attention to small details like ensuring there is sufficient toilet paper in the room (we had to ask and the response was very flat to be honest). We could think of a number of small things that if they were present would make the world of difference.

I’d like to sincerely thank the team at Swiss-BelSuites Victoria Park for their understanding and care during my stay. Due to a personal matter, I had to leave in the middle of the night and wasn’t able to check out in person. The team was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating, which I really appreciated during a stressful time.
Thank you again to the staff for your professionalism and kindness
I’ll definitely be staying again in the future.
