Fallsview Boulevard Waterpark Holidays

When I arrived at ESJ Towers, I was told my room had an issue and they had canceled my reservations. PMI did not call me. They communicated with me through text message via Expedia. I was under the impression that if there was an issue that will call and I was in transit to Puerto Rico. They place me in another building called coral Beach. Needless to say the place needs a lot of work and I ended up having to pay additional money to use their amenities. I was disappointed with the whole experience, although they tried tried to accommodate me. It was not the same quality that I was getting at ESJ feel free to call me to further discuss the experience as I am a loyal customer of Expedia and this is the first disappointing experience I have had with my stays.
