We highly recommend The Eton Hotel. We had a beautiful room facing The Huang Pu river and the city. The building is located close to the city centre and you can admire fantastic views straight after leaving the hotel. The staff at the hotel were amazing. Our room was carefully and beds were made every single day. We were provided with fresh bottled wated. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty and freshly prepared. My wife especially enjoyed waffles and pancakes. We enjoyed our stay at The Eton. We will surely come back!

Great breakfast buffet. Loved the indoor pool, yoga room, gym, sauna. Easy access to the mall (with shops, services, and restaurants) was a huge plus.

The Chateau Hotel/Resort was way better in every respect than we ever could have expected. From its splendid "palatial" construction to its more than comprehensive resort facilities (tennis & badminton courts, indoor/outdoor pools, gym, wellness centre etc etc to its wonderfully helpful and friendly staff as well as its quality Chinese (Shanghai style) restaurant. Set in a quiet leafy area about 6 kms from the city centre it was refreshing to hear the birds singing from our balcony in the morning .. Geoff & Annie from Melbourne Australia

Family travel with 2 adults and 2 young kids. Hotel is in the centre of the downtown financial district with shopping malls nearby including IFC and Super Brand mall. Walking distance to the Shanghai Pearl Tower as well as the Metro station. Rooms are large, clean, and quiet. Buffet breakfast had a good spread and a bit of everything for everyone. Most staff spoke/understood English and were all super helpful. Only downside was there’s no self serve laundry. My booking included laundry service but limited to 3 pieces per day.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially Derek. As foreigners and we use eSIM without a physical phone number, it’s not an easy thing to reserve Disney park tickets. Derek has gone beyond and above to assist us, we feel sorry to take him so much time but his service is just great!

It's in the most convenient location, with many dinning and shopping options. Food is excellent at the club lounge, great breakfast buffet spread in the lobby and delicious snacks at the Jazz Bar. Excellent and knowledgeable, English speaking service staff all around. Special shout to Max and Melody at the club lounge for making our stay at Fairmont Peace Hotel an exceptional one!

Very spacious and elegant rooms with a fantastic oversized bathtub, with amazing view of Pudong. Delicious breakfast.
