Family vacation spend there. Perfect localization, our 7 years old child was able to walk to all main attractions. Clean and good maintained hotel. Very helpful staff. Additional plus for late evening dinner Free of charge (but with limited to chiness food). If needed we will stay there again.

Nice location next to Yuyang Garden, not far from the Bund. The elevators are slow us the only complaint i can have. Room is great and slept well.

Super friendly staff, well equipped room, view over the city and river is fascinating.

This hotel is located in a great area within walking distance of the French Concession and it has a great buffet breakfast — the best out of the three hotels we stayed at in China in terms of variety and flavor across East and West. Many staff are English speaking, especially the concierge and the front desk, and were very welcoming, responsive, and helpful at all times. The property consists of several buildings, but it is easy to walk from one to another or take the buggy. The rooms are spacious but a little dated in terms of decor (dark wood) and the lighting is a little dim, but the beds were very comfortable and we loved the abundance of storage and great bathroom space. Overall, a great experience and value.
