Staff were amazing. The breakfast was delicious, with so many choices. Massage was amazing. If you are a light sleeper ask for one of the back rooms. We had to move as the noise from the clubs over the road made it hard to sleep. You cannot hear anything in the back rooms. Everything else was perfect.

Everything is perfect and they have the best customer service and super friendly. Will always stay here for my trips at Old Quarter in Ha Noi as it’s super convenient location. Amazing management!

The hotel was a haven amidst the chaos of Hanoi. All staff were very professional and friendly, and keen to make our stay as enjoyable as possible by offering sightseeing suggestions. Nothing was too much trouble. Very good food in the restaurant and the rooftop bar was a great place for a cocktail. The swimming pool was very small - not really big enough to swim - but they have limited space on the rooftop. A very well located hotel right next to the Cathedral.
