"First I would like to say the staff is extremely nice and helpful and they work hard to make you happy. Many meals are served and food variety is very rich. Our stay at Alisa Cruise was disappointing for two main reasons. First, the overall experience is extremely touristic and industrial. All activities they offer end up being very crowded as you do the same activities as at least another dozen boats. "Good value for money, staff were great, food was plentiful and fresh, rooms could do with a spruce up but comfortable bed and had own bathroom/toilet. Crew were really helpful and they made the trip fun for all passengers. Squid fishing was fun and making Vietnamese spring rolls. Disappointing to see so much trash in the sea, although this is out of control of this particular cruise boat."

"The staff are definitely the standout for us, nothing was too much for them as they ensured we had the best stay possible. We stayed there as part of our wedding anniversary trip and they went out of their way to make it such a memorable and special celebration. A shout out to Phong/Gucci, Sammy and Antony who went the extra mile to look after me and my husband. The room and excursions are great as well and the food was delicious. My husband is not great with seafood and they made sure to cater for it. Can't fault the whole experience."
