From the moment we arrived, Coco River and their staff was perfect for our family. The staff from reception, security, restaurant and housekeeping were lovely and provided exceptional service which cannot be faulted. They made us feel great and provided an exceptional level of experience. The hotel itself is a great base and has a great swimming pool area, as well as clean and large rooms and we felt so welcomed and at home, we actually cancelled other accomodation and extended our stay twice because of the experience we had. There were comments prior to going that we read about location, but honestly this wasn’t an issue. Yea, it’s away from the hustle and bustle, but as a family we were happy to take a 5-10 minute grab to the main “touristy” parts of Hoi An. There is also multiple restaurants/food options, pharmacy, convenience store, coffee shops and motorbike rental within 400m of the resort so was nice to get a respite from the madness of Hoi An which can be overwhelming. In saying that, we will be back here and will recommend the hotel to anyone considering Hoi An, especially those with younger children as it was perfect for what we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay here, staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless, comfortable with good air con. Amenities and grounds are good and well looked after. Breakfast is good, theres plenty of options for everyone. Theres a free shuttle service into hoi an old town and to ang bang beach where use of the loungers and umbrellas at the deck house are free, the resort also provide towels for the beach and pool. Highly recommend and would stay here again

The rooms are very big, although the whole hotel is a little tired. The breakfast was decent, and you'd be able to find something no matter what your preferences. The staff are accommodating, and helpful when asked. Spa team were lovely and the in-house guest offer makes it all very reasonably priced. If you are planning to stay, I would request a higher floor for a better view, especially if you are on the rice field side – there is a power line obstructing the view on the 2nd floor. Wifi doesn't reach to the 6th floor. Overall this hotel is good, not excellent.
