The Staff across the board were excellent.
Our Room was great in everyway, but there was an Event Planner (maybe Chinese New Year)working next door everyday including Sunday and we had Office noise and Interviews heard through the joining Suite Door. Nights after 6:00 p.m. were okay but this morning they woke us up with conversations at 7:00 a.m.. I knocked on the door and asked if they could please be quiet and they did try to be quiet after that but the damage had been done. At over $1100 per night, it is overpriced. Alaska Air has a flight path with a steady stream of planes right by the Hotel, sometimes five planes within 30 minutes or less. It is a noisy place and we will not stay there again.

The hot tub was shut down with a note that it is being removed. The water pressure in the shower was poor, and the sink in room 230 sid not drain properly. Staff is always kind and helpful and the facility has always been kept clean. Conveniently located and has a Danny's aharing a parking lot

We were just there for one night, it was a good experience. Efficient check-in, clean room, convenient location. The one thing they need to do is upgrade the coffee makers in the rooms to Keurigs
