We loved having a sauna in our room and being able to see the northern lights from the roof top of the hotel. Very close to hiking/biking trails and the breakfast was the best one of our trip.

The bar/lounge at the top of the hotel was not operating. We were definitely out of season.
There is a smoking room up there that we were able to use. Staff helped out by turning on the heaters for us.

"Good for an overnight stay. We arrived late, had supper at a nearby restaurant, and turned in. Breakfast the next morning was excellent. Don't judge this one by its exterior, I'd recommend it."

"The apartment was pretty clean, though microwave oven was smelly. Didn’t get answers to questions I asked TähtiTahko. Didn’t like the instruction sign on dryer which was written in Finnish and Russian. Russian is not Finland’s official language, Sweden is. And the Tahko brochyre was in Russian, didn’t ..."
