Houtskar Island Adults Only Holidays

I originally came to the hotel for three nights, ultimately I ended up staying 3 1/2 weeks. When it came time for me to extend my room, another two nights, the hotel was sold out and basically told me I had to leave the property and go to another hotel. Completely unprofessional, eight at the Daly Grill almost every day, the customer service in this hotel absolutely is horrible

I love it

.The staff is nice, the rooms are clean, and it's a very quiet place. The only issue for me is that some of the furniture is starting to look old. Other than that, this has been the place where we have stayed for the last six years, visiting two to three times a year.

Liked the hotel overall. Feels very impersonal. Staff was not very helpful.. upon check in keys did not work, I called the front desk and was told no one was available to help. Had to walk all the way back to get it resolved. Valet parking was $40 per day plus tips.. your car is called by scanning the ticket then you wait in a hot garage while they retrieve the car. We have stayed at other hotels in the price point with much better personal feeling service. Over all it is a nice hotel, good location, and nice pool area and restaurants. It is comparable to other Vegas hotels in the area. I just expect better more personal service.
