"Kenkälusikka olisi iso plussa, huoneen kylppärissä kylpyammeen kohdalla oli irronnut lattiaa tai jotakin, joka aiheutti reiän. Disney ei näkynyt chromecastin kanssa ollenkaan, muut suoratoisto palvelut toimivat."

"Great place to stay with my family. We were in the middle of a long vacation and our stay in Helsinki was so much better since we had the Folks hotel as our ‘home base’. "

"Great and comfortable room. It comes with everything you need to make you feel like you’re at home while away. It comes with a dishwasher and your own laundry machine with detergent. I couldn’t believe it. It has a great mini kitchen and comfortable bed. However, there is no TV if you want that. Everything was very clean.
Absolutely great area (2 min to Viking Cruise terminal), walking distance to city center (although there is the HSL tram #4 stop that goes directly into city center around the corner from hotel), and restaurants. There is a K Supermarket around the corner as well.
Convenient self service check in, however email the Host in advance if you are arriving hours before check in and need to leave bags there in storage area. There’s no way to access the Host’s office from the main lobby which I found to be a little problematic. This is because the office is located past the security gates which need a valid room key card. If you lose your keycard or have an issue, it can be hard to get their attention (especially if you do not have reliable international calling or data access). I think all they need to do is have some sort of assistance intercom button available in case of an issue.
But the hotel is really great and I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when in Helsinki!
