Great stay near Hakaniemi

We (2 adults and 2 kids) very much enjoyed our stay at this place which was clean and very convenient to getting to the main sites in Helsinki nearby. Access to Hakaniemi was also a big plus. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very comfortable and spacious and had all we needed for a 4-night stay. The location was perfect - a fairly short walk from the station (15 mins), lovely area for just wandering, and a 10 minute walk to major attractions like Helsinki Cathedral. Really enjoyed our stay there and would stay again.

Great location. Very quite. Simple room, good to sleep. The reason I am not giving it a higher rating is because the bathroom stank of sewer. Might have been one of the drains (p-trap not filled anymore?), as the bathroom itself was very clean, but this should have been caught by maintenance.

Nothing to complain about. Good location, nice simple accomodation with all the neccessaries and self checkin. Before arrival it was needed to do the online verification of my ID document.

Helpful staff and efficient CS.

Big room and the building has sauna facilities which is a surprise, sadly we do not have time to enjoy that. Efficient CS and helpful staff. Since I booked from Hotels.com, it is misleading that it is a hotel and we thought it would have a front desk to keep our luggages. However, the staff there was helpful and CS was easy to contact and helped us to solve the problem immediately.

I like these sort of stays, and used Forenom in other cities. This one is in an block, it looks a bit tired outside, and you need to make sure to recognise that there are 3 different blocks of rooms, A, B, and C, and your room will be described as 15B or 34C and access is only through the relevant door. My apartment was nice, plenty of space and comfortable. It was a little grubby in places, the outside area needed a proper mop, and it was dusty in places. Nothing horrible, but a long way from a 5 star review.

The property itself was clean and comfortable in a quiet area, but customer service was terrible. Poor communication and they didn’t even take care of the problem right away. It took three days for them to deal with my issue and it was only a day before my checkout. They gave no apologies or didn’t offer refunds whatsoever. I was so stressed out.

The place it's nice (although the entrance door slams violently and makes noise in the night). The appartments are conveniently located in city centre, you don't get keys but codes to go in.it was quite a pitty that the communication with the facility managment was so impersonal and that their answer at least was delayed of 24, so that it was not possible to solve small issues, for example with the dish washing machine.

I enjoyed the helsinki area. Apartments were clean inside and lovely decorated. However, on my final night in apartment I was broken into my apartment by armed burglar who had got into apartment and cut wires and managed to do it at ease. I was confronted by an intruder at 2am in my apartment in pitch black. Lucky he ran out of the door and into the corridor and I then had to wait for police to come. The police contact forenom who wanted me to stay in same complex where I just been broken into for the last night, I then left and stay in the Hilton in helskini airport. The police said the security for the apartments was not safe and I should claim compensation, despite reaching out to forenom twice they have not answered my despite. So stay here at your own risk.

Sacking beds, broken taps, smell of mold

Former rental flats re-furbished as aparthotel. Unfortunately the quality of furnishings or maintenance appear not to be up to hotel standards. On arrival I found that the beds were badly sacking - the springs had given up. The bathroom had a strong smell of mould and the sink leaked so that when washing hands, you got your socks wet. In the kitchen, the tap was broken and only gave hot water - drinking water had to be taken from the bathroom. The toaster did not work. The kitchen cupboards were worn and untidy. Calling the customer service, I was offered a change of room, but on checking that out I found it to have similar issues so decided to wait until next day, when maintenance would fix them. A very helpful janitor did turn up next morning (after a very badly slept night!), bringing new beds and fixing the bathroom leak, but he could not fix the kitchen tap - he let slip that the issues had been reported before but apparently repairs had fallen in the cracks. A week later, a plumber turned up to fix the kitchen tap but I was already leaving then.

The beds were so bad we had to sleep on the floor like it was a camping trip from hell. The internet never worked, not even for a second, no matter how many times we complained. This place is a disgrace, a total scam for the price they charge. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel even to my worst enemy.

The elevator only gets you to the 4th floor so if you’re staying on the 5th you have to take the stairs with all your luggage

It was a Eurooean 2 bed apartment. The porblem we didnt like is goig though 1 bedroom going to a an area with a murphy bed. That was just a partial curtain between the 2 which didnt give any privacy. Also ther were doors that hit each other in tge entry. 2 of them coujd becremoved soyou dont smack yoir fingers.

Do not book! Worst stay ever.

This place is a scam. we arrived 30 minutes early and they tried to extort money out of us to come in from the cold (-17C). Room did not have beds as listed and main bed had no sheets! They refused to bring sheets after 4 hours waiting, so we had to leave and find somewhere else. The room was filthy. for some reason the washing machine was jammed in the shower!? See photos of state of this place, do not book!!!

Appartement situé dans un environnement très calme, spacieux et d'une propreté remarquable. Logement très bien équipé. L'espace nuit est séparé par un rideau. Concernant le coin cuisine il y a four, plaque de cuisson, frigo, lave-vaisselle, bouilloire, cafetière, grille-pain, micro-ondes, quelques produits de base pour le nettoyage de la vaisselle. La pièce principale dispose d'un canapé, fauteuil, table basse, téléviseur, grande table. Salle de douche avec sol chauffant + gel douche et savon pour les mains. Grande entrée avec porte-manteaux très pratique. Nous avons sur place contacté le service client qui a été ultra réactif et répondu à notre demande immédiatement.
