Fast check-in, clean environment, spacious room, & helpful staff. My only disappointment is them changing extra for a grab & go breakfast. Unfortunately breakfast is "available" NOT "included".

Great location and really easy to find. Staff walked in as I was getting ready as they said usually people leave earlier which was a bit bizarre. Front desk really helpful.

Extremely disappointing experience. For a hotel with The Plaza’s reputation, I expected a much higher level of customer service, understanding, and professionalism. Instead, the entire experience felt dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. Policies are one thing, but hospitality and basic common sense should still matter. Expected much better from The Plaza.
