Lake Buena Vista North Mountain Holidays

We stay at the Hilton Disney Springs fairly regular since short distance living in Jacksonville. The hotel accessibility to Disney Springs and theme parks are worth the money!! But recently over the last couple of years, the rooms do need some updates such as some bathroom fixtures need replacing from some rust and old wood and paint. The room carpets could use new replacements. Probably rooms would be good for other hotel chains but not expected for this Hilton property! We love the hotel location and accessibility but some modern refresh is needed! Also, sound like complaining but several Hilton Vacation Agents or staff were too busy stopping to ask guests how stay was going, but directly lead into some Hilton vacation club or membership which was hard to follow!! This happened not only in lobby area but pool area also! Only stayed for two nights this time but was approached three different times by different agents! Just set up a booth in the lobby and let guests inquire on their own!

We stayed in one of the cottages and it was just perfect. The fully equipped kitchen downstairs with a master suite was perfect for my parents. I appreciated having the laundry upstairs with the other bedrooms. The staff at the main building were so helpful with our packages and printing documents for us. Unfortunately we had a very busy week and could not enjoy the wonderful amenities of the resort. Overall, a great selection and would start again!

Great location. Very close to Disney world and many restaurants chains located nearby. Would recommend and stay again

We had an amazing stay at Ette! Wonderful staff. Beautiful large rooms. Great amenities and perfect for the parks !

This hotel is fair considering the price. I checked in late because my flight was delayed, and the process was a little inconvenient after 11 PM, but I was still able to get a room. There were some mosquitoes in my room the first night, which made the stay uncomfortable, so I changed rooms the next day. Also, it seems like the price on hotel.com is actually lower than the price at the front desk, lol. Overall, if you just need an affordable place to stay, it’s acceptable for the price.

Super happy with our stay. Parking garage has Tesla chargers, plus! Staff was very friendly. Room and hotel were clean. We did not visit the restaurant/bar. I will be staying again and highly recommend!
