it is a design property in the downtown centre, which is convenient. However, the signage, in particular inside the room is terrible. It takes time to work out what button is for what. It is not internationally standardised but a uniquely designed and developed most likely by the hotel. And that is the problem. Guests tend to be tired after flight and just want to settle in and relax. Yet, it takes ages to work out how the buttons work and are responsible for what, which can be frustrating. While the staff are helpful, if guests seek assistance, but who want to call the staff to seek assistance if you can self-work out?

We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The location is excellent, and the breakfast buffet was top-notch. The staff was incredibly helpful, a special shout-out to Hank for his fantastic recommendations and for arranging our tours during our time in Beijing. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!
