Staff was not friendly what so ever. Stayed on the strip in the past with other resorts and felt like the staff was really eager to be helpful and nice. The rooms are not really kept up. Last time I stay here.

This is a fantastic choice for an off-the-strip resort. Great food, great rooms, and great pools! You can stay close to the chaos without staying in the chaos. Highly recommended and will stay here again!

Electronic room key didn’t work. It took three frustrating unanswered calls to finally get hold of someone to enter the room and fix the lock. Very aggravating.
Tub took hours to drain.
Toilet clogged.
That being said, the suite was very spacious and well furnished.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The hotel was quiet, the amenities were excellent, and the location was convenient for getting around. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.
