Coffee shop/ bar right next door and location great. Staff are the biggest contributing factor 10/10 very helpful, courteous and respectful.

I booked three reservations for a total of six nights and only stayed one. It is located on the other side of everything in Hoi An. No restaurant or coffee shops nearby and it was a 15 minute Grab ride to go anywhere. The pool looked amazing, but there was no shade and it was far too hot out to be in the direct sun. The room was not nearly as nice as the photos looked. When I walked down the street, I felt like I was being harassed by all the local massage places, it just didn’t feel safe or welcoming. I ended up losing all my money, but there was no way I was going to stay somewhere and be miserable.

Beautiful resort for the money! The breakfast buffet was wonderful! I would definitely stay here again!

Definitely worth getting a bungalow or upgrading to one which I did! The room was spacious, well kept, and the bathroom was glorious. It really did make my stay extra special. Huge resort which made it feel very open and peaceful. The beach is a hidden gem and all facilities well maintained (apart from a lack of airconditioning in the gym!) Buffet breakfast was fairly standard but fresh. Staff were incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming.

Palm Garden Resort was absolutely stunning - it was extremely well maintained and beautiful from every angle. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting you with a smile on their face. Our room was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed and more - big bed, TV, air conditioner, hairdryer, drying horse, wardrobe, dressing table, umbrellas, robes, slip on shoes, etc. To top it off, the room was serviced twice a day and the staff always left a couple of biscuits in the evening which was a nice touch and they were delicious. The buffet breakfast was also super delicious and had so many options. There were a couple chefs there every morning who were cooking eggs to order and staff would either ask you or you could ask the staff to make you a coffee. The resort also offered a shuttle bus into Hoi An city three times a day and back three times a day which was really great. My only critiques would be that the pool was a little too warm which wasn’t very refreshing to swim in and the equipment in the gym wasn’t well maintained, it was a little rusty and old, it was also quite hot in the gym which wasn’t very inviting. Regardless, we’d definitely stay at the resort again, we really loved it there. Thank you for having us!
