Hotel was a great price in the middle of all the action. Short 2 min walk to the beach, shopping, bars, and food options. Although we had an ocean view room, it was limited as we were on the third floor and the buildings across the stress block the view. Overall very satisfied with this hotel.

The hotel is exactly what you get for the price, the staff were lovely and helpful and the place was clean, one small issue was the smell from the drain in bathroom when running the shower.
The pool is small but nice, a small haven after a day out. The gym is also small but you can get in a decent workout when it’s raining.
however I do have a couple of grips! the bed was the most uncomfortable, hard mattress I have slept on. The othe grip was the noise from other guests, the hotel is not sound proof and we could every footstep, door slam and late night loud tuk tuk and wrestling van that went past the hotel! As well as everyone returning from a night out! It definitely made for some untrusted sleeping!
The hotel is situated close to most things and i recommend the food market opposite, great food choice and great prices. The massage place just down the road also highly recommended ( Aroma )
Overall we had a good stay if it wasn’t for the bed or noise I would give five stars.

We booked the Duplex private Pool villa and it was worth every penny. The highlight was the Sandy beach where my husband and I played badminton. The views were incredible and the food at Malika was great. The staff decorated our room super well. Patong beach was fun and about 15 minutes away (the hotel has a few shuttles there and back everyday)
Special shoutout to Tony who helped us get our payment to the Grab driver (long story short, we didn't have enough cash and the grab payment method wouldn't update to card) and to Baw for helping us with our luggage and being super courteous. Would highly recommend staying here

The room was clean and spacious. The staffs was lovely and very helpful and polite and pleasant I will stay here again . Thanks for a wonderful stay . It was my 40th Birthday and they remembered and came to my room with a cake and candle singing Happy Birthday to me Thank you all .

Beautiful property! The location is perfect as it sits just in the outskirts of Patong. It’s secluded and beautifully maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and gracious.
