Stayed in May 2026 and would highly recommend this hotel.
We had a Marina Bay view room with a balcony and was well worth it. The views of the bay and the wider city were breathtaking and not obscured in any way.
We travelled with two young children and having the balcony to sit on while they slept was well worth the extra cost.
The room was for two doubles, but they did add a third single bed in the room which was ideal.
The check in process was exceptionally smooth with no delay as a large number of staff and automated systems. Were even able to obtain a late check out.
Below the hotel was a shopping centre making it very easy to get snacks, drinks for room and for the day out as well as get many breakfast options.
The location was very good and easily walkable to Merlion and Boat Quay. For further distances just use Grab as very cheap.
We did use the rooftop bar, but to be honest the views were just as good from the room and as kids not allowed after 6pm did not feel had to go more than the once.
The pool was ok but not very large to say supported two hotels. Bar staff at pool were very good and nice touch to have sunscreen available.

The only problem was the shower hose was leaking making it rather unpleasant when having a wash with water splashing over one's face when not mounting the shower on its bracket. The door for the shower cubicle tends to brush the shower mat out of the way when one comes out of the shower unit. A fault of the design of the shower cubicle. I wish the cups in the room are bigger for drinking tea and disappointing with such a small kettle. I don't particularly like the reclining couch which is impractical for two people to sit on and an extra chair would be more helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent being so close to the MRT and lots of eating places around.

Nice spacious clean room on the 8th floor with a great view. Breakfast room was very good with very helpful staff. Close to MRT and shopping. Room was quiet as well as comfortable. Reception staff very helpful and our arrival and departure was very well managed. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
