Exceptional Staff and Beautifully Maintained Property

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Coral & Turquesa. Here is a breakdown of our experience:
• Service: The staff was absolutely amazing! Every person we encountered was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
• Cleanliness: The hotel was very clean throughout our entire trip.
• Property Condition: I’d rate the property a 4/5. While it could use some minor upgrades in certain areas, it’s clear that they are actively working on improvements.
• Dining: Overall, the food was a 4/5. The buffet was a highlight with a huge variety of choices. However, our experience at the Italian restaurant was disappointing; the quality there just wasn't up to the standard of the rest of the resort.
• The Beach: There was quite a bit of Sargassum (seaweed) on the beach during our visit. However, the resort staff was out there daily actively trying to clean it up, which we really appreciated.
I would definitely recommend this resort for the service and cleanliness alone!

Stayed at the Villa. This was the best part of the stay. Having our own private pool was great as the kids went in and out all day. The villas itself was amazing! Felt like our own little home. The pool and rooms cleaned daily. The only bad thing about staying at the villa is that there is no ocean view and it is very noisy during the day due to a lot of construction going on in the area. With the Villa, we Got complimentary Cabanas by the pool which was nice and your own butler to serve you. Food at the buffet and blue water was excellent. The kids club was very underwhelming. the facilities overall seem a bit older. Mini golf was a 2/10. The entertainment at night was top notch. The pool was nice, spacious. Beach was very dirty and barely anyone there. Not the place to go if your expect to get in the beach water. Overall it was a decent stay.

Wonderful experience at this resort. First time in Mexico and I'm so glad we chose this property. Food was all amazing, lots to pick from. Very clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I loved being able to go snorkeling right off the beach.

This property doesn't have a dedicated parking lot. Be aware it is very difficult to get coins for the meter and it doesn't take credit card from the US. Other than this, I would go back in a heart bit. Great place and amazing location!
