Pros: Room was clean and staff was very helpfull. Private pool was nice but could use a ladder to get in and out for us older folks. Great location, walking distance to almost everything. Restaurant food was good but you do need to stress how to cook your steak as I had to send mine back twice.
Cons: Patio door had a large gap in the top which acted as a portal for bugs (mosquitoes). Room did not have alot of storage, so if more than one person, plan on living out of suitcase. A/C was acceptable but did not cover entire villa. Hot water was hit and miss.
Overall, was good location for maybe 3 or 4 days, if staying longer would look for another resort or bigger villa.

The staff was amazing ! The rooms were soooo beautiful. I loved the natural aspect of my surroundings from the “nest” to the pools right off the balcony ! I felt like I was in a Balinese experience the whole time rather than a hotel or resort! Shout out to angga our butler as well as Suarni and Dwi the chef at the resort who showed us how to cook like a n Indonesian! I can’t wait to come back!

Fabulous rooms always clean. Staff wonderful and so very patient and obliging (Yuli in particular). Porter/customer service guy also put a diffuser in room. Over and above and greatly appreciated. Breakfast varied and all perfect. Aircon great. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else!
