My family and I stayed at this resort for 10 nights. I originally booked it because I wanted a more traditional, authentic atmosphere. While the beautiful grounds and reception area provided that charm, the rest of our experience was extremely disappointing.
Our biggest concern was the lack of cleanliness. We encountered cockroaches in our room and had to ask staff to remove them. Their response was surprisingly casual, as though this was not a serious issue. Concerned about a possible infestation, I checked under the bed and discovered someone else's underwear. When I asked staff to remove it, they simply folded it and placed it on my nightstand. I was absolutely disgusted by this unacceptable handling of the situation.
We considered leaving but stayed because our booking was nonrefundable.
The restaurant service was equally disappointing. Staff often acted as though serving us was an inconvenience. Additionally, the resort charged a 20% fee to deliver drinks to the pool or beachfront, even though these areas were only about 10 feet away. Given the poor service, this charge felt unreasonable.
Overall, the beautiful grounds were the only highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and excessive charges completely overshadowed the property's charm. I would not recommend this resort to anyone.

This was my second stay at TS Suites but this time as a solo traveller. The staff were all very welcoming and supportive throughout my stay, and the rooftop pool is so good that I didn’t want to leave the hotel at all. A must mention is the food service - it was absolutely exquisite. Already looking forward to my next stay.
