Older hotel that had history and color. It was great stay, everything was neat and people working there were super clean

Very good property choice and value for Fishermans Warf. Excellent location, near everything, very nice property & updated room (they were kind enough to honor my request for a balcony). People on staff to help for a midnight check in. The breakfast buffet was excellent. It definately was the best choice and value. Bathroom was small but nice.

Amazing customer service! I also like the coffee machine at the little lobby. Breakfast though not big, but efforts is shown - the donuts is a surprise!

Fantastic hotel in the heart of SF, it was a pleasant stay. The staff were extremely accomodating and treated us amazingly. Hotel and surround were safe and walkable but remember this is San Francisco so there are many hills leading up to the hotel.

Very nice decor. Room is spacious and first class amenities. Very clean room with many nice touches. Professional and courteous staff.

The property is Iconic and in general what we expected, an amazing brand and great property that is getting a little dated. Overall the staff was amazing and helpful..all the rooms need is a little love.

Staff is so polite and very helpful. The beds were firm-great for anyone who has a challenged back. Elevator is vintage and really neat but, not made for modern luggage and wheelchairs. Super clean-I always check! Lovely, convenient stay.
