Hotel was a good location and staff was very nice. Our first night there the tub faucet was dripping. While maintenance tried to fix water went everywhere and carpet got wet. Had to sleep first night with a loud fan in room. Next morning they switched us rooms. They did compensate us with points on our account. I would say the worst thing was the valet. Took almost 15 minutes to get car every time you left and one time it took us almost 30 minutes. We almost missed our dinner reservations It was very unorganized. It was also very expensive. $60 a day for valet.

The stay started out bad when we drove up to check in The kids they had working as parking/ valet were in a bad mood towards us. They had two other cars behind us pull up ahead of our vehicle and quickly helped them unload their luggage. We had to unload our bags and another guest opened the hotel door for us as the valets watched After I checked in I came back out and I got some more attitude The worst part of the stay was the food sickness I experienced and had to go to the ER the next day, I ate the Breakfast burrito at their coffee shop. I reached out to management and got an email with no real apology Our families have been staying and have had events at the resort and will look for another place to stay when we revisit Coronado

Comfy beds, plenty of towels and convenient poolside eats and drinks. Loved the tropical birds on display during the day, interacting with them when a trainer was there and walking through the lush garden watching the ducks, koi and turtles in the pond. We had a small kitchen in our tower room, which was useful. There was no dish-ware, but imagine that’s hard to maintain. Loved the water bottle refill stations all over the property. Kids loved the pool, lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas, and the free arcade. Will be back to take advantage of the bay beach amenities!

The property was clean and well appointed. Room was comfortable.
