Room definitely could be cleaned better it had a musky smell, carpet tore and stained. Ceiling stained and spider webs. Pool towels stained. Kids fun zone ac did not work well. And needs to be cleaned was not cleaned daily as we used it daily and could tell.

Great location in Austin, we walked pretty much everywhere and there are great bars etc. and bat watching just steps from the property. Very central. Restaurants were good, easy coffee in the morning, rooms super clean and really nice. Staff were excellent - super friendly and pretty darn funny some of them :) We had a great stay, good value for money, super chic and trendy, highly recommended.

"Our biggest beef was with the pet policy. We paid extra for our dog and signed the pet agreement which included a dog bed, dog treats and dog bowl. We never received any of the above nor did they put the sign on the door stated in their own agreement notifying their staff a dog was staying within ..."
