"A perfect rating is in order. Very clean, in a safe area and within walking distance of Rainey District (and 6th street if you don’t mind getting a few steps in!) Public transportation is also available and I was able to get to the hotel from the airport for $1.25 on a direct bus. The staff is incredible. They even organized a free ride to a concert at the Moody Center with their airport shuffle because the driver didn’t have anything booked at the time. The pool overlooks the beautiful lake and green space. I really enjoyed my time here. Bed was comfortable. A+++"

"The hotel smells like mold the staff responds like they are annoyed you to attend anyone. There is no coffee in the room the pillows are made from multiple pillows so there are hard pieces in them making it very uncomfortable to sleep. My bed had gum and hair attached to it makes me wonder if they even clean the sheets or just make the beds. It was pretty bad I’d say worse than a hostile"

"Hotel close to moody center. Has great lobby and courtyard bar area. Ambience is open and plenty of space. Breakfast is perfect and chef available is a plus."
