Room wasn’t the cleanest unfortunately. Had to wash cups before use. Bench has something spilled on it.
Bed was comfortable but bottom sheet wasn’t big enough and kept slipping down.
Bedside table didn’t fit properly in room so door couldn’t be closed.
Nice enough hotel and great location.

Beds were really comfortable. Close to dining options and activities. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Simba was an absolute star! Having the private spa attached to the room was awesome. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and would stay again.

Staff was super lovely and accommodating. Animals were so friendly. Only thing to keep in mind is laundry hours if you arrive late or leave early. Definitely come back here.

nice hotel although looking a little outdated. would be nice to have some mini bar options in the room. travelling straight from airport via shuttle water or soft drink would be nice. thankfully a little shop around the corner. no room service breakfast option.

Stayed in the Wellington Sofitel and found the staff there much friendlier. However, the staff at the Auckland hotel were adequate! Just not as friendly.

I stayed for one night. It was nice and clean. Only powdered Creamer for coffee, didn’t cut the mustard. The lights from next door felt like they were shining through the curtains at a million watts. Bed was very firm a bit too firm for me.
