The hotel and the beach view are beautiful. It’s a family friendly spot, excellent service staff members with the exception of the occasional personnel from the front desk. Other than that just great, the servers are super kind and friendly. The room ac was not working well, this was reported but it did not get fixed during my stay. They also need to offer different food, for example Mexican food. We were expecting a Mexican menu. Otherwise, it’s an excellent vacation spot and definitely recommend. Thank you!
