Tean Island Adventure Holidays

The location is great to walk to massage places, restaurants and right on the beach. The pool area/beachfront was nice and seemed to have enough chairs for all. The staff are excellent! Very accommodating and friendly! The bed was comfortable, but linens and towels are worn. Outside the bathroom (which is only screens and wood slats) the staff congregate and talk at all hours of the night. Maybe it’s the next door resort? They are very close with only a wall separating. There are many floodlights along the path outside the door to the room and they shine right into the room. Someone kept turning it to shine into the window and we’d turn it back down to the ground so we could sleep and along would come someone else to turn it back to shine into the window. Very annoying! They need lower wattage or different angles for them. The breakfast was a good- eggs, meats, salad, Thai dishes, yogurt and breads. We liked the location a lot and rented scooters to visit farther away places.

One of the interconnecting rooms got water seeped through the floor during the thunderstorms. The staff was really helpful when we told them and they came mutiple times to put towels around.

Lovely pool villa overlooking the beach and ocean. Well appointed, plenty of space with a good bathroom too. Lovely staff and great service. Try the spa, we had a couples Aromatherapy massage and it was excellent. Lunch restaurant - again, very nice, lovely aspect on the beach with great views. Breakfast restaurant - my only suggestion would be to allow guests to make smoothies with fresh fruit. We went out of the hotel most mornings to buy smoothies instead of taking the breakfast options provided by the hotel. That said, I'm sure there's enough selection to satisfy most people. On the whole, a fabulous little hotel, worth a visit.

Hotel manager and concierge were fantastic, they couldn't do enough for us. Had a little trouble with the air conditioning, but dealt with quickly and efficiently. Complex and the units are ideal, although in the process of being modernised as some areas looking a little tired in places. Nice and each to get cabs to anywhere on the island.

Great facilities, great staff.

Staff were nice, view from the suite was stunning. Air con didn’t work well and it was unbelievably hot at night. Breakfast was okay. Drinks were good. Property was well maintained and clean.

It was average. The hotel is very old and the staff were very rude. My previous stay in Thailand everyone was so accommodating and nice. This place seemed like they were just sick of tourists or something. It’s also in a very busy area and it’s loud until 2/3am. It was awful or anything just wouldn’t stay again.

Would have loved to stay there longer. Beautiful infinity pool. Ocean was warm and inviting. Easy walking distance from our room

Good service, found my room a bit damp as next to lagoon, clise ro beach. Nice beach area, quite a steep hill to main road but constant golf carts to take you up and down.
