Everyone was above and beyond with the customer service, especially Mr. Carl! The resort felt exclusive Bruce there weren’t big crowds outside or many people in the water at the same time. I’ll definitely be back!

Everything was perfect, especially my wife had a broken leg so to be honest everyone in the facility try to help her especially the swimming pool lifeguard Darien he got the beach wheelchair every day to let all family enjoy

The Reef consider adding some local vendors to its restaurants...I wanted to experience real Caribbean food from Bahamian owned establishments. Also, please start enforcing the no smoking rule around the resort. Seeing people smoke cigarettes and cigars and discarding the "butts" around the resort took away from the ambiance.

Really the only thing that was disappointing and not really the hotels fault but people making the elevators and hallways smell like marijuana. I have no issues with people enjoying themselves but the lack of discretion and respect for others and their families was the only disappointing thing.
