"The property was clean, the staff was friendly enough, but there was no working WiFi in the room nor working TV. The 2 bed room had very small beds maybe for children. There was no effort to check in the WiFi but the day manager was apologetic. "

"Check in on arrival was disastrous, rude staff and not interested in doing their job. Room was supposedly a “Superior” room, 5-star quality, but was simply not even close. No door on bathroom. No door on closet (a curtain instead) and as basic as they come. Pool area we visited was very clean and service was good. Meals at top restaurants were excellent. Breakfast buffet was good. Hotel and amenities are very expensive. This is not the place for budget conscious travel. Julie (Director) saved what was destined for a horrible experience. Thanks to her and our room cleaning lady. She was awesome. "

"The beach was semi private, which is nice stores , restaurants within walking distance , Lonah was very helpful and responsive to needs , you can take the jitneys for a 1.50 downtown which is great , its nice having the beach chairs , they do need new covers as these are showing alot of use but still useable. Great neighborhood as well. "

"This property has many conveniences walking distance. Starbucks, grocery store, liquor store, restaurants and cable beach. You are just across the street from Sandals resort. Property was clean and beds very comfy. The host was very helpful with recommendations especially a great taxi driver named Mrs. Bonaby. "

"This was a great property. You can't see the ocean from the house but it is a short walk away to cable beach which was not crowded any of the days we went. We were also able to walk to the baha mar water park. This was the cleanest vacation rental I've ever stayed in and the photos match what it looks like."

"Communication with host was very good. He was helpful in giving us details and providing missing items when asked. (There were a few items missing that should be standard in a rental at this price.) Also one room listed as a bedroom is misleading. It is an attached den with a bathroom but is a pullout sofa and there is no privacy in that room due to French glass doors. Also a written explanation on how to operate the air system would be helpful. It was adequate for our group of six. "

"There were 8 of us ranging from 6 to 77 years. We all had a great time. Location is terrific, close to beaches, good restaurants and a well stocked supermarket.Outdoor area is beautiful with a big and small pool.Only one concern, which is likely to be ongoing for a while.They are developing a condo resort right next to the house and the noise is considerable."
