The room had several issues that affected the overall experience. The mirrors were not clean, and the toilets had an unpleasant smell. There was also an air conditioning leak, which was fixed during the day, but it was still inconvenient to deal with. The room amenities were limited – there was no glass or cup to drink water from, only a kettle, which felt unusual. Additionally, only one large towel was provided daily, which was not sufficient given the use of the swimming pool and SPA facilities. Check-in was only allowed from 2pm, and while rooms are often available earlier in many hotels, the reception staff were quite strict with no flexibility, which felt disappointing. On the positive side, the pool and SPA facilities were excellent and very enjoyable. The garden and bar areas were also lovely, and the diversity of guests added to the experience. Most of the staff were very friendly. That said, the hotel would benefit from improving attention to small details. Providing an extra towel, basic in-room amenities like tea, coffee, and a cup, and ensuring better cleaning and maintenance checks before guests arrive would make a big difference. While most staff were pleasant, there were a few individuals who were not as welcoming – this could be improved through better monitoring and coaching. Finally, there were some slippery areas in the hotel which felt unsafe, particularly for senior guests.

Stylish and unique property. We definitely enjoyed our stay, but one thing to consider is that self parking is just on the local streets, which depending on the time, can be somewhat challenging.

Fabulous location! Right on the beach and 15 minute drive to old town. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Lucia. She recommended nice places to visit on our day trip. They offer a nice breakfast, and restaurant has good food. Whole staff was great!

The staff were super friendly - made it so easy and they remember you are on holiday so go out of their way to make you feel relaxed and not a problem (unlike some hotels). Special thanks to Marcos on front desk - such a nice person!

Nice pool and towels available free of charge. Buffet is simple especially if you need to leave early morning. Clean, close to the beach.
