Francisco Magana was the rudest employ I have ever encountered at a hotel. He needs anger management and customer service training. The Westin should be ashamed for hiring this guy. The manager Nikki Higgins is an absolute gem! She knew how to troubleshoot and was empathetic. Patrick Hamilton the concierge made me feel very welcomed. Great personality and deserves a raise.

Everything about the property was great. Lots of choice at the breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Grounds were clean and the location was just off the center of downtown. Only negative was the bed was too firm.

Stayed two nights. First, the vast majority of the staff were awesome! The bartender was a bit pushy for Mai Tais at 3:00 PM and then called out a transluscent shaker bottle I was using for refilling water by the pool... Breakfast was a boxed pickup - very average. Candy "bar" was a cool idea. Coffee was available 24/7, but was not good. Pool and surrounding area was nice with plenty of towels and lemon water available. Small but very tastefully decorated room. Pigeons roosting outside the wall next to the head of the bed made for an early wake up call. Our biggest complaint was that a LED light would turn on and off randomly (some sort of security light?) for different durations ALL NIGHT LONG, illuminating our room (215) through the 3 glass tiles. Informed them on check out and showed them the videos I took, showing it go on and off at 4:20 AM. The employee never had heard about it and asked why we didn't let them know about it. I told her our first night they were completely full (and we didn't know the source) and the second night wasn't worth packing everything in the middle of the night. She said that she'd let the general manager know about it and they would reach out. I told her that I'd appreciate that, and would welcome an opportunity to give the Andreas another shot if they were to offer us something to come back. It's been a week now and I've hear nothing from them. Guess it wasn't that important! Plenty of other places to choose from in the area.
