"The photo was not representative of the hotel. Short of staff, front entry looked awful, huge amount of spider webs in windows, broken elevator. The whole property was run down. I bet it was nice 30 years ago, but Hyatt has not reinvested any money. The downtown location is great. It’s not a Hyatt brand hotel i visited before. Too bad. "
