Superb Hotel! there are not many hotels I would like to go back, as it is a big world, and we always like to try new things, but this one is the one we would go back!
We had a family skiing holiday in the hotel for a week. The hotel is well located next to the skiing school, bus stop is by the door to take you to many different slopes.
My 4 years old daughter enjoyed swimming in the pool in the afternoon, while I went for the hot spring, saunas and spa treatment.
Staff are super friendly and helpful: the first day my daughter forgot her ski jacket in the room while we were on top of the hill, I called the reception, and someone went to the room, got the jacket and delivered to her!
Food is fantastic too! I am a fussy eater, but I thoroughly enjoyed every meal. Main course was served separately every evening, with a selection of choices; whilst the rest were a big selection in buffet.
A posh, smart hotel, and also warm with a family touch. It's perfect, cannot fault it!
