"I couldn't use the shower gel during the shower as the container was faulty. The flush was not strong. The lifts were too slow. The breakfast was very average plus on one occasion my room key stopped working. "

"Smoking was allowed everywhere. When arriving at the hotel a conference was apparently on break. There were 20+ people smoking right outside the main entrance and every guest entering or exiting the hotel had to walk through clouds of smoke. Come on folks, put a smoking area a few feet away from the door and not allow your guests to block the entrance with clouds of smoke. I laugh when you call yourself a “wellness” resort! If you can’t tolerate cigarette smoke everywhere, don’t book this place. "

"Great Staff, Great location however the hotel was underging renovation. Of course not told this at booking. No mini bar in room, heating not working even after maintenance looked at it, phone not working, noise all day from construction, parking issues."
