We stayed at Hotel Heritage in Ljubljana on our first night in Slovenia, and it was such a welcoming place to start our trip. The room was a little small, but it was super clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the location could not be better — right in the center of everything. Just a heads-up for travelers: you can’t drive up to the hotel, so you’ll need to walk about 5–8 minutes with your luggage. We were only there for a short stay, but we really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it for the location and the hospitality.

Great atmosphere and location. Breakfast was very good. Silent hotel. The only negative was that it was difficult to explain to the taxi-drivers were to drop-off. Next time it will be easier.
