Day 3-4: Rent a car and head east to Maribor, the country’s second-largest city. Explore the gorgeous Old Town along the Drava River before stopping at the world’s oldest wine-producing grape vine, Žametovka.
Day 5-6: No visit to Slovenia would be complete without a trip to Bled. Make sure you get some good photos at Lake Bled, one of Slovenia’s most iconic sights. There are a range of outdoor adventures on offer here as well, such as canyoning, biking and rafting.
